[Singapore, January 2022]: Everlife Holdings Pte Ltd (“Everlife”), a leading market access and distribution company in India and South East Asia, has announced the completion of its acquisition of Analisa and Scientific Resources, providers of laboratory solutions and scientific equipment in Malaysia and Singapore founded in 1999. Analisa Resources Sdn Bhd, which operates in Malaysia, and Scientific Resources Pte Ltd, which operates in Singapore, have built a strong principal base consisting of top brands such as Thermo Fisher, LGC Biosearch, QIAGEN, Teledyne Isco and Parker, and currently provides a full suite of sales and technical services to customers in the academic, industrial and healthcare industries. The companies also operate Labfriend in Malaysia and Singapore, one of the leading e-commerce platforms for laboratory supplies with over 40,000 products listed.
Everlife already operates in Malaysia and Singapore through its subsidiaries, Chemopharm Sdn Bhd and Chemoscience Pte Ltd. The investment would allow Everlife to expand its presence and offering in the Life Sciences and Analytical Sciences in two of the leading economies within the ASEAN region, while significantly enhance its digital capabilities in e-commerce.
