[Kuala Lumpur, June 2025]: Everlife Holdings Pte Ltd (“Everlife”), a leading market access and distribution company in India and South East Asia, has announced the completion of its acquisition of Neoscience Sdn Bhd (“Neoscience”), a supplier of In-Vitro Diagnostic (“IVD”) products and Life Science tools in Malaysia. Founded in 2012, Neoscience has partnered with leading IVD manufacturers such as SD Biosensor, Seegene and Sansure to supply Malaysian clinical diagnostic laboratories with comprehensive high quality solutions within the molecular diagnostic and POCT segments. The company has also built a strong reputation within the research and academic sectors as a supplier of world-class innovative solutions from companies like Agilent Technologies and MGI.
The company employs 50 people across a range of commercial, technical support and operational functions, who work together to provide a full-range of product and customer support. While the team has established themselves as a strong commercial and technical partner, integration with the Everlife group will provide the company with access to additional operational resources and best-in-class systems, tools and processes that would not only drive business performance but also strengthen the company’s position as a partner of choice. The acquisition also fast-tracks Everlife’s penetration into new IVD product segments, which face lengthy registration timelines.
