Our team brings expertise from a variety of backgrounds, with deep and broad experience in healthcare services, pharma, medical devices, M&A, operations, and technology.
In his capacity as Executive Chairman, Arjun is responsible for architecting the overall strategic plan for the Everlife platform, including M&A strategy, country / product focus, leadership development at both Everlife Group and portfolio company levels and integration model across our portfolio assets to maximise synergies.
Arjun has 15+ years of leadership experience in major healthcare MNCs such as Stryker, Sanofi and Pfizer. He has played both operational and Business Development / M&A roles in the US and Asia-Pacific with a strong track-record of acquiring and integrating multiple Pharma and Medtech businesses in Asia. He was the global head of healthcare for Actis, a leading growth markets private equity fund which has raised more than USD 13 billion since inception. He also founded Cure Capital in 2017 and is currently Managing Director for the Everstone Group.
Arjun is a board certified physician in the UK and began his corporate career as a consultant with McKinsey.
Arjun holds a BSc in Neuroscience and a MD in Medicine from the University of Edinburgh.
Raman will provide leadership in the overall performance of the Everlife platform, including M&A strategy, driving company and principal performance and realizing synergies across Everlife’s portfolio of companies.
Raman has over 25 years of experience across the Pharmaceutical, Hospital Healthcare and Medical Device sectors with leading healthcare MNCs in Asia.
In his previous position as Senior Vice President for India & South-East Asia with Smith & Nephew, Raman built a foundation of strong growth, sustainably gaining shares across businesses in five years while increasing margins.
Raman brings expertise in developing and executing business growth strategies across industry segments and geographies.
Over the course of two decades he has built strong teams in complex dynamic environments, delivering sustainable financial and operating success. Prior to Smith & Nephew, he held leadership roles at Baxter and Allergan.
Anand has over 20 years of global experience in premier fortune 500 companies, private equity and owner managed business houses, specializing in organizational transformation, turnarounds and acquisition integration.
Anand will be responsible for delivering value creation strategies for Everlife and its portfolio companies, including stewardship of platform assets, financial governance & reporting and process optimization.
Prior to joining Everlife, Anand served as Senior Advisor to TPG Capital Asia and was the Global Finance Director for Tyco’s Fire Suppression Division
Anand holds an MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management and The National University of Singapore. Anand is also a qualified Chartered Accountant.
Naveen has over 20 years of experience creating and deploying technology across a range of sectors including healthcare, financial services, IT, security, and logistics. With specialty expertise in AI and data, he has served as Technology Advisor and Chief Technology Officer at a number of companies, with the most recent being Proxtera, which utilizes AI to enable SMEs to discover prices and sales opportunities in a larger global marketplace.
Naveen obtained his PhD from Columbia University before continuing his post-doc research at MIT. He will be leading Everlife’s digital transformation initiatives through the smart use of digital tools, services, and processes to develop a synergistic digital ecosystem.
In her capacity as VP of Operations, Chermayn works with Everlife’s portfolio companies to optimize operational efficiencies.
Chermayn has spent 14 years working in the healthcare industry throughout the region. She started her career in market research, before joining the Sanofi Business Development team leading regional asset licensing projects.
In 2010, she moved to China to manage Sanofi’s outsourced portfolio and lead license-in projects. Prior to joining Everlife, she was Director of Operations for a genetic testing start-up in Shanghai.
Chermayn graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a double major in Biology, and Economics.
Fabian has experience across private equity and M&A in Asia Pacific.
Prior to joining Everlife, he was an associate with Hera Capital Partners, a Singapore-based private equity firm focused on investments in the consumer retail, media, and digital sectors of Southeast Asia.
He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from National University of Singapore and is a CFA Charterholder.
Angela has 3 years of audit and commercial planning experience. Before joining Everlife, she was an Audit Associate with KPMG where her portfolio consisted of healthcare, manufacturing, construction, and trading clients.
Angela has a Double Bachelor’s Degree in Business (Banking and Finance) and Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University.
Clady is the Everlife team’s Executive Assistant, supporting the platform and portfolios on office management, secretarial and administrative matters.
Clady brings with her more than 10 years of experience in a broad range of roles including sales, service, and executive support.
