[Singapore, August 19, 2021]: Everlife Holdings Pte. Ltd. (“Everlife”) has welcomed Dr. Naveen Agnihotri to the company as Senior Advisor of Digital and Technology. In his role, Naveen will be taking charge of digital strategy to drive growth and create operational efficiencies through the optimal use of modern online technologies and data. He will also focus on creating value across the Group, with the smart use of digital tools, services, and processes to develop a synergistic digital ecosystem.
Naveen has over 20 years of experience creating and deploying technology platforms, and optimizing company and product performance using technology and data. His approaches have led to optimized outcomes in various industry sectors including financial services, IT, healthcare, security and logistics, and his solutions have been applied across business operations including production, sales, marketing, purchasing, and back-end operations.
With specialty expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and data, Naveen has served as Technology Advisor and Chief Technology Officer at several companies. Naveen was Head of Technology at Proxtera, which utilises AI to enable SMEs to discover prices and sales opportunities in a larger global marketplace. He also served as the Chief Technology Officer at GreenArc Capital and Nirveda Cognition, Inc, where he launched and scaled one of the most advanced AI cognition platforms to understand and uncover hidden opportunities in data in South East Asia. Besides leading digital technology for companies, Naveen is also the Managing Director at CerraCap ventures where he leads a team of investment professionals to assess and create value in young companies in the AI and Machine Learning space.
Naveen received his PhD from Columbia University in neuroscience, where he worked with Nobel laureate Eric Kandel, before moving to MIT to continue his research. After leaving MIT, he went on to create the world’s first self-serve AI modeling service, which grew to acquire more than 1 petabyte of data per year across 30 countries.
